- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI. - Ensure data integrity and compliance through ad hoc projects. - Support Operations team with data management projects. - Communicate technical results in a clear and concise manner. - Manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM field preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in operations, data analytics, or business intelligence. - Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce and/or Power BI preferred. - Coding experience (Python, SQL, R) a plus. - Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
