Draft and file various business immigration petitions with USCIS under attorney supervision, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1/E-2, and O-1 visas. Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain and organize client documentation. Communicate directly with multiple attorneys and clients. Assist with case strategy and planning. Utilize INSZoom and document management systems to track and manage cases. Stay up-to-date on current immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent client service and meet team goals. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. 2 years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment. Knowledge of the NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) process is preferred. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
