Independently handle case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies Communicate with clients and foreign nationals, providing updates and addressing inquiries Monitor case progress and meet assigned deadlines Train and mentor new team members Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team productivity goals
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate with 4 years of business immigration experience Bachelor's degree with 3 years of business immigration experience Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel Team player with a desire to contribute to a positive work environment
