Responsibilities:
• Formulate immigration strategies for complex matters • Engage with clients at various levels • Serve as a business advisor • Conduct extensive research and provide solutions • Supervise and mentor team members • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities • Lead continuous improvement efforts • Participate in marketing and business development opportunities • Foster collaboration across teams
Requirements:
• US JD or LLM required • Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association • 5-7 years of experience as an Associate • Strong experience with NIV and PERM cases • Ability to handle high volume clients • Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law • Prior team management experience preferred • Excellent communication skills • Dedication to exceptional client service • Attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
The salary range for this role takes into account various factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The estimated range for this role is $165,000.00 - $210,000.00, and employees may also be eligible for benefits and paid time off plans.
