Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal) - San Francisco, Full Time
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading global law firm that specializes in immigration law. As a Business Immigration Analyst, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complex world of global immigration. Responsibilities:
- Learn about different types of immigration matters and gain knowledge of firm processes and case types - Assist with case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies - Communicate with clients and foreign nationals, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries - Meet deadlines and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Compile and summarize data for reporting purposes - Contribute to team and individual productivity goals - Follow firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification OR customer service experience - Client-service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in MS Word and Excel - Desire to promote teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment

The salary range for this role takes into account various factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The estimated salary range for individuals working in the office locally is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00. Additionally, employees may be eligible for benefits such as 401K and paid time off.
