Fragomen is seeking a Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal) to join our Phoenix, AZ office. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class client service and support to our clients, as well as assisting with case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging atmosphere with passionate individuals who are dedicated to immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn about various types of immigration matters and build knowledge of firm, immigration case types, and client processes.
Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing.
Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses regarding case status or general inquiries.
Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress, status, and escalations to supervisor.
Compile and summarize data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team.
Understand and contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
Follow firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread documents and draft fluent prose.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Desire to contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
