Law Firm Morris Nichols in Delaware is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join their team. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. The BDM Assistant will work with the Chief Marketing Officer, Senior BDM Manager, lawyers, and other members of the administrative team to support the firm's marketing and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Assist with formatting and distributing email campaigns and newsletters using email marketing platform - Update marketing and business development collateral materials, including firm and attorney biographies and practice descriptions - Support routine PowerPoint creation and formatting - Perform data integrity processes and support targeted clean-up efforts in CRM and ERM systems - Coordinate sponsorship benefits fulfillment, including check requests, table seating, and advertisement - Assist in hosting and promoting BDM events, including distributing marketing communications and tracking attendees - Maintain and update the firm's website content, social media accounts, and Intranet page - Monitor and report on website, social media, and email performance metrics - Provide general administrative support for business development and marketing efforts
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - 1-3 years of clerical or office-related experience desired, with marketing or business development experience preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and pride in high-quality deliverables - Ability to work independently and as a team member - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proactive and forward-thinking - Comfortable conveying recommendations and exercising good judgment - Ability to collaborate professionally with outside vendors, staff, and other departments - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with graphic design platforms a plus - Reliable and responsible
