Business Development Specialist - Join a Leading Law Firm in Los Angeles, California

As a Business Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with top lawyers and support colleagues across the platform, executing business development plans and initiatives for assigned practices.
Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned practices to develop and execute business development plans, initiatives, and activities - Create and maintain marketing materials, such as pitch documents, directory submissions, and other content targeted towards specific audiences - Monitor business, legal, and geopolitical news for potential opportunities for individual partners and practice groups - Assist with onboarding and integration of assigned lateral partners - Execute and follow up on client events, webinars, and thought leadership campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - Minimum of three years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and some knowledge of legal field applications - Ability to handle multiple high visibility projects on fast timetables
Salary Information:
