Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute thought leadership campaigns, data management, and technology-led initiatives - Provide project-based support for BD teams on various deliverables such as lateral integration, event support, client targeting, and more - Collaborate with Sector & Market BD leads, participate in team meetings, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making - Work autonomously or as part of a project team to ensure deliverables are completed to the highest standards - Collaborate with Campaign Managers on campaign coordination and strategic initiatives - Participate in team meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and play a key role in assessing and piloting new technology - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation - Develop advanced project management skills through training and independent learning opportunities
Qualifications
- 3 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment - Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required; marketing, business, communications, English, or related discipline preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to assist in planning and organizing projects with attention to detail and efficiency - Positive, team-first attitude and ability to work effectively with team members - Familiarity with project finance, infrastructure development, and/or public/private partnerships a plus

Compensation and Benefits
- Expected salary range: $69,000 - $86,000 nationally; higher in major California markets - Comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including health insurance, mental well-being benefits, parental leave, 401K, and more
