Law Firm Seeks Business Development Manager (Princeton, Philadelphia, King of Prussia, Harrisburg or Reading)

Responsibilities:
- Develop business development materials, including pitches, proposals, and responses to RFPs - Assist in the execution and administration of business development programs and projects to support company strategic plans - Collaborate with the research team to establish key client, prospect, and industry reporting protocols - Work closely with marketing and event management teams to execute targeted outreach and collateral for business development efforts - Maintain department databases and client/contact data to track ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred - 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in professional services marketing
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish credibility quickly - Previous experience writing proposals and other professional materials - Self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize deadlines and multitask under pressure - Analytical problem-solving skills - Ability to work with individuals at all levels across the firm - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel to other offices as needed
