Salary: Competitive, based on experience Experience: At least 2 years in a business development or marketing role within a professional services environment, preferably a law firm Location: London Term: Permanent Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm (flexible working arrangements available)

The Team: Become a part of our Dispute Resolution team, which is known for its market-leading practice and ability to handle complex, high-value, and sensitive issues for our clients.
Scope: As a Business Development & Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing & Business Development Manager for the Dispute Resolution team and play a key role in the firm's overall business strategy.
Responsibilities: - Work with the BDM to develop and monitor business development plans and budgets - Provide market intelligence and research on clients and prospects - Manage the tender process, from evaluating opportunities to coaching the pitch team - Plan and execute events and seminars, including tracking ROI and identifying BD opportunities - Manage submissions to legal directories and awards - Collaborate with partners and associates to create thought leadership and marketing campaigns - Develop materials for internal and external communication on key topics - Work with disputes associates to implement a networking program - Identify speaking opportunities and promote the firm through social media - Monitor and review content on the firm's website for Disputes
Skills and Experience: - Interest or background in disputes, litigation, arbitration, and corporate business issues - Strong critical thinking, research, and analytical skills - Highly organized and able to work well under pressure - Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and understanding of strategic marketing and communications
Person Specification: - Curious and willing to continue learning - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly - Proactive and able to work autonomously with some supervision
Education and Qualifications: - Degree or equivalent - CIM or other equivalent qualification (desirable)
