Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to join our Business Crime & Regulatory team. This role is well suited for an experienced regulatory lawyer with at least 5 years of PQE in areas such as Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, Inquests, and Product Liability/recall. The role will involve handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a focus on contentious work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with specialist Partners in the Business Crime & Regulatory team - Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters - Demonstrate experience in contentious work - Thorough grounding and proven technical ability in regulatory law - Well-developed project management and prioritisation skills - Ability to work autonomously with support - Flexibility to work in Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Thames Valley, or other office locations - Experience in private practice, in-house, or as a Barrister in this field is preferred
