Job Requirements: To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience and strong writing and research skills with excellent academic credentials (top 25% required). The ideal candidate will also have experience in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. Admission to practice in Alabama is required, or the willingness to sit for the Alabama Bar.
