Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare and revise preliminary billing statements, including electronic invoices - Maintain client billing guidelines and submit invoices for various fee arrangements - Validate universal billing codes - Prepare reports for management to drive organizational performance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related role - Prior experience in a legal accounting department - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Knowledge of universal billing codes, experience with Aderant is a plus - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
