We are looking for someone with prior office experience, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English. But above all, we value flexibility, patience, a desire to learn, and a sense of humor.
As a Legal Assistant at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our attorneys and senior staff, while also gaining hands-on experience in both legal and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and processing mail, managing client files, and completing case documentation using our Immigration Case Management system. You will also provide support to our reception team in answering calls and communicating with clients.

Key Requirements:
- Prior office experience, preferably in a legal setting - Exceptional communication skills - Fluency in Spanish and English (both oral and written) - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - Flexibility, patience, and a desire to learn
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of attorneys and senior staff - Prepare and process outgoing mail according to firm protocol - Manage client files and open/close case processes - Scan, copy, and file documents - Prepare draft immigration forms and letters for review - Utilize Immigration Case Management system for case documentation - Support reception team in answering calls and communicating with clients
Benefits:
