Position Summary: The File Clerk at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** plays a crucial role in managing client interactions and facilitating communication between clients, medical providers, and internal teams. This position primarily supports the Personal Injury department and involves tasks such as client intake, case management, and claims processing.
Essential Job Functions: - Case Management: Manage all aspects of client cases from initiation to resolution, including communication with all parties involved to ensure progress and client satisfaction. - Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between clients, medical providers, and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the case management process. - Documentation: Collect, organize, and manage client and case documentation to support legal processes and maintain client records. - Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. - High school/GED diploma required. - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, additional language skills in Creole a plus. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Understanding of HIPAA requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Attention to detail and accuracy in document management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software as needed. - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
