We are seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic Banking & Finance team. As a team, we work with a diverse range of clients from various sectors, including healthcare, social housing, property development, local authority, and education. Our work involves advising on funding for property acquisitions and development, corporate acquisitions and refinancing for lenders, investors, corporates, and developers. We have been expanding our client base and have secured places on bank panels, including challenger banks and specialist real estate lenders, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. Our team is highly regarded, and we have been recognized for our work in social housing, healthcare, and local authority by both Chambers and Legal 500. We were also awarded the Health Investor 2022 Legal Advisor of the Year - Transactional and Private Awards.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-value and complex transactions and contribute to the growth of the team and the firm. What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have banking experience and enjoy working in a transactional team. You will work closely with colleagues from property, construction, and corporate departments, advising clients on a range of banking matters and transactions. While specific sector experience is not necessary, experience in real estate finance or corporate finance would be beneficial. We are looking for a team-player with the drive and enthusiasm to help grow our Banking & Finance practice and deliver strategic growth for the firm. This role also offers an excellent opportunity to develop business development skills and sector knowledge.
