We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the intellectual property field, including patent application preparation and prosecution, opinions, and client counseling. Strong writing and analytical skills are a must, along with superior academic credentials and a technical background in biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, molecular biology, or a related field. An advanced technical degree is desirable, but not required. All candidates must also be registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a minimum of three years.
