Law firm in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced BDC Representative (Legal Sales) - Client Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and schedule potential client calls for attorney consultations - Monitor and follow up on all potential new client inquiries - Establish relationships with potential clients and conduct interviews with empathy and compassion - Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases - Maintain accurate records and logs of potential clients - Collaborate with attorneys to complete the initial consultation process
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency - Minimum 3 years of sales experience, customer service experience a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet goals and deadlines - Resourceful and able to solve issues as they arise - Availability to work some weekends
