Job Title: Attorney – General Civil Defense Litigation Location: New York City, NY Salary: $125,000-145,000
Weber Gallagher, a Mid-Atlantic region law firm, is seeking an Associate with up to five years of law practice experience to join our growing general civil litigation group in our New York City office. Our New York practice has experienced significant growth over the last year, and we are searching for a talented individual to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Represent clients in general civil defense litigation cases - Conduct legal research and analysis - Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests - Attend court proceedings and oral arguments - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
Qualifications: - At least three years of experience litigating civil cases/claims - Admission to practice in New York - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent written and oral communication abilities - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
