Law Firm Seeking Attorneys for General Business, Real Property, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration Departments

Position: Attorney Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law including general business, real property, estate planning, probate, and trust administration - Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and provide guidance to colleagues - Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements - Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations - Manage and prioritize a high volume of cases with attention to detail and efficiency - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel - Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide sound legal advice
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Active membership in good standing with the State Bar - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing law in one or more of the following areas: general business, real property, estate planning, probate, and trust administration - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
