Law Firm Seeking Experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Savannah, GA
Overview: - HunterMaclean, the largest law firm in Georgia outside of Atlanta, is seeking an experienced senior associate - junior partner-level commercial real estate attorney to join their team in either the Savannah or St. Simons office. - The firm has a sophisticated and diverse client base, including owners and developers of various commercial projects such as shopping centers, hotels, apartments, office buildings, and more.
Job Type and Salary: - This is a full-time, in person position with a competitive compensation package and full benefits, including 401(k) with matching. - Portable book of business is desired but not required.
Requirements: - Candidates must be licensed to practice in Georgia and have a minimum of 7 years of experience. - Strong writing skills and outstanding credentials are a must. - Experience in all facets of commercial projects is required, including acquisition, land use and zoning, environmental review and permitting, capitalization, financing, development, construction, leasing, and resale. - Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience working with property owner associations and related covenants.
