As an attorney at Bauer Gravel Farnham, LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, providing comprehensive counsel to clients in various practice areas such as transactional law, family law, and litigation. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, analyzing complex issues, and providing well-reasoned advice and strategies to clients. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients in various practice areas. Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues. Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Stay abreast of developments in the law and participate in continuing legal education. Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Vermont. Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Prior experience in transactional law, family law, or litigation is preferred. Existing client base or ability to generate business would be considered a significant advantage.
