Job Description
Location：Shanghai、Beijing Requirements/Qualifications： 1.post qualification experience, experience in FDI, corporate, mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets and etc. is a plus; 2. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and stress tolerant; 3. Good command in spoken and written English, having the ability to use English as working language; 4. Graduates of the law schools of prestigious Chinese universities with bachelor degree at least, overseas education background is a plus.
