Responsibilities:
- Provide legal expertise and strategic solutions for clients in regards to U.S. business immigration - Manage the delivery of immigration services and prioritize tasks - Prepare and review non-immigrant, immigrant, and PERM applications - Facilitate the legal movement of employees for business travel - Manage a team of law clerks and other client service members - Implement best practices within the U.S. immigration practice
Qualifications:
- JD degree and admission to any U.S. state bar - Basic knowledge of U.S. immigration preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to provide technical legal expertise and strategic business solutions for clients
