Job Description:
- Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and correspondence - Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders - Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients - Interview witnesses and prepare them to testify - Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared - Appear in court promptly for assigned cases - Handle all aspects of assigned cases - Conduct legal research for specific issues
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree and Kansas license required - Family law experience preferred, but not required - Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience
