Job Description:
- Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and necessary correspondence - Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders - Conduct legal research for specific issues - Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases - Interview witnesses and prepare them to testify - Ensure accuracy of all prepared documents - Appear promptly in court for assigned cases - Handle all aspects of assigned cases - Perform administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and organizing files and pleadings
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree - Missouri license required - Family Law experience preferred but not required - Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience
