Job Description

- Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing and correspondence - Drafting pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders - Corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases - Interviewing witnesses and preparing them to testify - Ensuring the accuracy of all documents prepared - Appearing in court promptly on all assigned cases - Handling all aspects of assigned cases - Performing administrative duties, such as filing, mailing, and organizing files and pleadings - Conducting legal research for specific issues
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- J.D. degree - Texas license required - Family law experience preferred but not required - Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience
