Job Responsibilities
As an Attorney/Lawyer at Stange Law Firm, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing and necessary correspondence - Drafting pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders - Corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases - Interviewing witnesses and preparing them to testify in court - Ensuring the accuracy of all documents prepared - Promptly appearing in court for all assigned cases - Handling all aspects of assigned cases - Conducting legal research for specific issues
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- J.D. degree - Iowa license - Family Law experience preferred but not required - Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with 5 years of litigation experience
