Job Title: Attorney/Lawyer (Columbia, MO)
Salary: BOE: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 (Salary is based on experience and includes potential for bonuses and incentives)
Job Description:
- Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and correspondence - Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders - Conduct legal research for specific issues - Interview witnesses and prepare them for court cases - Ensure accuracy of all prepared documents - Appear in court for assigned cases - Handle all aspects of assigned cases - Perform administrative duties as necessary - May mentor other attorneys within the firm
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree - Missouri license required - Family law experience preferred but not required - Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience
