H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Mid-level attorney with 4-6 years of experience in practicing law - Expected to generate 25% of their own billable work and attend four events per quarter - Access to coaching and support services for business development and networking - Prioritizes work-life integration, collaborative culture, and unique compensation and incentive structure - Responsible for mediating and trial experience, as well as researching and analyzing complex legal issues - Strong interpersonal communication skills and organizational abilities - Marketing services to prospective clients and performing due diligence in legal matters - Managing schedule to allow for consults and closure of consults to reach production and collection objectives - Actively engaging in brand expansion through social media, blogs, and organization participation - Expected to bill an average of 1500 hours annually with collections on 1400 hours of invoices worked - Minimum requirements include excellent writing and legal research skills, Juris Doctor degree, and admission to the bar - Duties will be performed in a standard office environment with occasional weekends and holidays - Salary range from $110,000-$120,000 based on experience - Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company matching, unlimited PTO, and paid volunteer time off - Opportunity for growth and participation in the Attorney Bonus Program - Promotes equal pay for all employees
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mediation and trial experience - Researching and analyzing complex legal issues - Writing legal documents and correspondence - Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information - Communicating and advising clients - Marketing services to prospective clients - Performing discovery and due diligence in legal matters - Managing schedule and workload - Ensuring timely approval of invoices and utilization of support staff - Actively engaging in brand expansion and seeking positive client reviews - Other job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills - Excellent legal research skills - Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school - Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar - 4-6 years of experience as an attorney
Work Environment/Conditions/Physical Demands:
