This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience in traditional family law matters to join our dynamic and thriving practice.

Scope of Work:
- Drafting legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings/motions, notices, subpoenas, proposed court orders, etc. - Reviewing large amounts of documents - Issuing and responding to discovery - Interviewing witnesses, researching legal issues, and preparing for court hearings - Conducting contested hearings and trials - Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations - Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff for cohesive case management
