## Responsibilities
- Provide estate and trust planning and administration counsel to clients of varying backgrounds - Represent fiduciaries throughout the probate and trust settlement process - Design customized estate plans - Draft wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, trust funding instruments, and other transfer instruments of varying sophistication and objectives - Craft business ownership succession plans and strategies for asset protection and tax efficiency - Advise clients regarding philanthropic and gifting solutions - Prepare IRS Form 709 gift tax returns and federal and state estate and generation-skipping transfer tax returns
