JOB SUMMARY: The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** LLP is currently seeking an experienced Attorney to join our growing Employment and Labor practice in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in employment and labor law, and be licensed to practice in New York.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Take and defend depositions • Draft and argue dispositive motions • Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials • Engage in various stages of the litigation process • Work with key client teams • Deliver results for clients and the firm
SALARY: • Annualized salary range: $85,000-$165,000 • Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law • Bonuses offered • Full benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and flexible spending

QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 6 years of experience in employment and labor law • Licensed to practice law in New York • Strong writing and strategic thinking skills
