Law Firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial litigation, including contracts, disputes and liabilities.
The successful candidate will: • Handle commercial litigation, including contract disputes, tort claims, and other liabilities. • Represent clients in pre-trial proceedings, trials, and appeals. • Draft legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, opinions, and contracts. • Research legal issues and create legal strategies. • Negotiate settlements. • Manage client relationships. • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients. • Prepare and review legal documents.
The successful candidate must have: • 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial litigation. • Admission to the New Jersey Bar. • Admission to the New York Bar is preferred. • Excellent communication and writing skills. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
