Latham & Watkins is looking for an Associate to join the Tax department in the Executive Compensation, Employment and Benefits practice. This position is available in the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation.

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation. * Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations relating to executive compensation, employment and benefits. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
