Law Firm Seeking Experienced Associate in Finance and Banking
Law firm in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Century City is looking for a highly qualified associate with a minimum of two years of debt finance experience to join their team. The firm specializes in banking, particularly growth debt, and works with clients in the life science and technology industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in secured and unsecured lending, UCC secured transactions, leveraged finance, and private capital.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
As an associate in the Finance Group, you will be working with both lenders and borrowers on a variety of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in debt finance and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Other qualifications include:
- Familiarity with secured and unsecured lending - Knowledge of UCC secured transactions - Experience in leveraged finance and private capital - Ability to work independently and in a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Admitted to practice in California
