This is a remote position with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, based on experience. Our firm is located in the beautiful city of Newport Beach, CA and we offer a 30-day guarantee for our services with a 20% fee.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft legal documents and pleadings - Represent clients in court and at depositions - Collaborate with team members and attorneys on case strategy - Manage and prioritize workload
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial litigation - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar in good standing - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in legal research and drafting - Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
