Law Firm is a full-service law firm with offices in Hackensack, NJ. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in general liability matters. Trip and fall, labor law, and auto experience is a plus.
This is a hybrid remote position based in our Hackensack, NJ office. The successful candidate must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and have prior experience in general liability matters.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• 3-7 years of experience in general liability matters • Admitted to practice in New Jersey • Experience with trip and fall, labor law, and auto is a plus • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to meet deadlines and manage complex projects
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload, including litigation management, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
In addition, you will be expected to handle the administrative aspects of the practice, including file maintenance, time entry, and client communications.
The successful candidate will join a team of attorneys who are dedicated to providing the highest level of client service, and will be expected to maintain the same standards.
Compensation
