### Job Responsibilities
The Associate will be responsible for providing legal assistance to attorneys and clients. The Associate will be expected to:
* Conduct legal research and analysis * Draft, review and revise legal documents * Assist attorneys with various tasks such as discovery, motion practice and trial preparation * Prepare legal memoranda and briefs * Analyze and interpret legal documents * Assist with client meetings and interviews
### Qualifications
* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school * Admitted to practice in the state of New York * A minimum of two years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department * Excellent research and writing skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work * Strong organizational and communication skills
