This position offers the opportunity to work in both the Omaha and Lincoln offices, and will primarily focus on general business matters and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiating skills, and a desire to excel in a firm that values its team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various business transactions - Organize and facilitate due diligence and closing matters - Provide legal support and advice to clients - Conduct legal research and analysis - Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements: - J.D. from an accredited law school - Admission to the Nebraska State Bar - 3 years of transactional experience - Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills - Organizational and analytical abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
