The Doney Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their team as an associate or of counsel attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience or a strong interest in natural resource law, water law, environmental law, civil litigation, and administrative law. The successful candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Montana.
**Requirements**
- J.D. from accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in Montana - Familiarity with Federal/State/Local Court rules - At least 2 years of experience practicing law - Litigation experience preferred
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, hard-working self-starter with strong research and writing skills. They should have experience with, or be eager to learn about, the litigation and trial process, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
