The Position:
The Associate Litigation Attorney will work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to handle all aspects of discovery, expert utilization, motion practice, and trial preparation. Qualifications:
- Must be an active member of the Nevada State Bar in good standing - Excellent interpersonal, analytical, oral, and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable - Strong personal drive to positively impact the community - Ability to multitask and willingness to learn - At least 5 years of personal injury litigation experience - Discovery-focused with a "win the trial before the trial" mindset - Ability to evaluate and manage a personal injury case from start to finish
