Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. - Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of the states where you practice on behalf of the firm. - Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law with a focus on finance, real estate, or representation of financial institutions in real estate related matters. - Experience in real estate, mortgage, and/or commercial litigation strongly preferred. - Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, and other debt collection and real property laws. - Exceptional communication skills (oral and written). - Ability to travel as needed.
