As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in creditor’s rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and real estate transactions. Our practice serves multiple states including Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Kentucky.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and sign documents and pleadings related to foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy cases. - Draft and execute legal documents and conduct legal research. - Attend court hearings and represent the firm in various legal matters.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be in good standing with the State of Illinois with current bar membership. - Prior experience in Default Services is a plus. - Strong ability to handle legal issues in a practical and efficient manner. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
