Job Description: We are seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join our Content Legal team. This team provides legal support for Adobe Stock, Behance, the Content Authenticity Initiative, and the acquisition of data for AI/ML training. The position will be based in either our San Francisco, San Jose, or New York office.
Responsibilities:
- Support product and business teams in developing and launching new technologies, strategies, and products, including AI products and features. - Coordinate with legal and business colleagues to support multiple sales motions for Adobe Stock and Behance. - Respond to internal and external questions regarding the use of Adobe Stock, including developing and maintaining standard responses. - Lead product launch processes, including technology release checklists and privacy impact assessments. - Collaborate with subject matter experts in Adobe's Legal Department to analyze legal risks. - Build positive relationships with Adobe's product teams and advise management on legal issues. - Create and maintain procedural handbooks, such as sales negotiation handbooks. - Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive improvement projects to completion.
Requirements:
- JD Degree - License to practice law in job location - 1-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in-licensing software, online services, and digital content (digital content experience a plus) - Strong commitment to providing high-quality and timely legal advice - Flexibility to work with different types of products and services - Ability to understand and analyze licensed technologies - Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and business instincts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across different U.S. geographic markets. The pay range for this position is $100,900 - $196,300 annually, depending on location and experience. At Adobe, sales roles have a total target compensation (TTC) of base salary plus commission, while non-sales roles have a base salary and an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
