Associate Legal Assistant – PIP – Hudson/Essex/Passaic, NJ (HYBRID): Salary and job requisition information included in job posting for Associate Legal Assistant position at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Hybrid remote type with full-time hours and posted just yesterday.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury litigation matters as a legal secretary, paralegal, or legal assistant. - May need to obtain and maintain a notary license based on jurisdiction. - Experience with drafting and revising routine legal documents, managing court filings, and handling mail. - Proficiency in maintaining attorney and office calendars, reviewing invoices, and assisting with the discovery process. - Strong communication skills and ability to handle complex inquiries.
Location - HYBRID: Individual will be required to work 3-4 days onsite in our Hudson/Essex/Passaic, NJ office.
