POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Assisting attorneys in the initial drafting/preparation of correspondence and other legal documents Conduct legal research on questions of law using Westlaw Assisting with file preparation for Court appearances by attorneys Organizing and maintaining client files Monitoring and calendaring Court dates and deadlines QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Law School program Excellent case management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and legal procedures Experience with drafting correspondence and legal documents for filing with Courts Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent research and writing skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment Able to work independently and as a team member To apply click here.
