Job Summary: The Associate In-House Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to the organization, focusing on reviewing and drafting contracts, policies and various communications; conducting investigations; leading committees; and offering general legal advice. Key Responsibilities:

General Legal Advice: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to internal clients on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management. Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the organization's interests. Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant. Collaboration: Work closely with General Counsel and various departments to support the organization's goals and initiatives.
