Job Title: Associate Attorney - General Liability Salary Range: $60,000 - $99,000 annually Experience: At least 3 years of litigation experience required
Cipriani & Werner PC is a growing multidisciplinary law firm located in Iselin, NJ. We are dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients, and delivering results that exceed their expectations. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in the Woodbridge, NJ office.
Key Responsibilities: - Defend commercial motor vehicle cases, including UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability - Conduct trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings - Work as part of a team in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment - Maintain exceptional attention to detail and time management skills - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
Requirements: - JD degree from an ABA-approved law school - Active license in good standing in New Jersey - At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in the areas of commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accidents, or product liability - Self-motivated, independent thinker with exceptional organizational and writing/communication skills
